FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING

Interested in opening your home to someone? Support Homes are an amazing opportunity to include people of all abilities into your life, and that of your family. In these settings, a person will reside within your home becoming a part of your family. In most settings, the person has daytime employment or an access program, and might even have respite during some weekends. A support home is an opportunity to change your life and the life of a person with a disability. It doesn't get anymore rewarding than this!

Quest is proud of the work we have done to help people find meaningful employment within the community. We have maintained a contract with the University of Lethbridge for nearly 15 years, a small employment program which allows 20 individuals to earn money each day. As well, we support a number of people who are either part-time or full-time employed, and work with them and their employer to maintain a positive relationship. We are always interested in employees who are motivated to assist people in gaining employment. Think you have these skills? Apply now!

Motivation & a desire to learn and grow are key to being successful at Quest. We accept resumes from a diverse employee base and only require a High School Diploma to become a Disbility Service Worker. We offer a variety of in-house training to prepare our new staff for their positions.

We encourage all employees to pursue post-secondary education in the field, as it will enhance you ability to perform at your job, and also allow for growth within the organization.
