It is important for each employee to maintain an up to date employee file. Not only does this ensure that you have adequate training to carry out your duties, but your wages depend on it! Here are the basics of what you need to keep up with:
Abuse Prevention & Response Protocol

All staff are expected to read and comply with these updated policies. There is a copy of Quest's Policy & Procedure Manual at every residence and facility. These policies have been adjusted in all manuals and notices have been sent to residences/facilities. These policy changes have also been reviewed in team meetings.

The importance of Peer Review:
Quest is always looking for ways to improve as an Agency, and this includes gathering feedback from our staff to ensure that unsung heros are recognized for great performance. The annonymous peer review also allow our staff to speak up and identify areas for improvement. Please feel free to complete these peer reviews at any time for any co-worker or management member.
Shout out to Dan Phillips who just celebrated 20 years of employment here at Quest. He has provided consistent, engaging and meaningful supports over the years. Mandatory Training
Quest is introducing a mandatory training course for all employees called Critical Incident Debriefing & Conflict Resolution. We are offering 10 courses throughout July & August to accommodate different schedules. This training course will take the place of your July Team meetings. It is necessary that you choose a course that does not interfere with your schedlued shifts, as the Employee Resource Centre will not cover employees shifts to take the course.
